okay so its work, or reality snap, attachment. a 440 per month job is not work, its attachment. so sometimes when ive got reli no work in the office, wikipedia had been a real good friend. ive always wanted to understand the titles used in the malay monarch and the english monarch, the comparisons. and i had a good time reading it in the office when i have nothing to do at times. Let me explain this with good written english okay, as in with puntuation errors and such.

As some of you know, Dato' is a title. But do you know that Datuk is a title too, apart from being a "stand-in" as the word grandad in malay. In fact the title Datuk is different than Dato' though they sound the same. the award Datuk can be awarded to any P.J.S. (Panglima Jasa Negara) award holders. But the Dato' title can only be given to you or conferred to you by a hereditary ruler, for example The Sultan. I'll take randomly, P.M.N means Panglima mangku negara, a title given to only 75 recipients excluding foreign citizens. these people who get P.M.N. gets the tiltle of Tan Sri immediately overriding any inferior titles bestowed upon them before. and then for the english monarch you have dukes, duchness. For example the duke of edinburgh is the husband of HM The Queen. The current holder is Prince Philip, the husband of and royal consort to HM The Queen. The dukedom was first created in July 26, in the Peerage of Great Britain. The title was bestowed on the eldest son of the Prince of Wales, Prince Frederick Lewis (or Louis), who would later become Prince of Wales himself. Upon Frederick's death, the title was inherited by his son Prince George. When Prince George became King George III, the dukedom "merged into the crown," and ceased to exist. King George III revived the title on November 19, 1764 for his younger brother, Prince William of Wales, the full form of the title being "Gloucester and Edinburgh". The title passed to the Duke of Gloucester and Edinburgh's only son, William Frederick, who died without a male heir, causing the title to become extinct. The title was next bestowed on Queen Victoria's second son, Alfred, this time in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. Upon Prince Alfred's death, the title again became extinct. The title was most recently given to Philip Mountbatten on November 20, 1947, the night before his marriage to Princess Elizabeth, who became Queen Elizabeth II in 1952. Before ascending the throne, Princess Elizabeth was officially known as Her Royal Highness The Princess Elizabeth, Duchess of Edinburgh.

okay back to the normal casual technology-written-style. complicating but interesting isnt it?
